Can I print from my laptop at the library?

Answer

Yes, as long as Mobility Print is installed onto your personal computer/device. Directions for installing Mobility Print can be found below:

Printing

  1. Delete the RU print on papercut
    1. Go to settings.
    2. Search printers
    3.       Find RU print.
    4. Select remove device.
  2. Download the mobility client this will download the print driver:

  1. Select the OS (Operating System) you are wanting to print from
  2. Check to make sure the driver is added and make it the default printer.
    1. Go to settings.
    2. Search printers
    3.       Find RU print on papercutmf or find the mobility print.
    4. Click set as default.

Please note if it says paused or idle that means you are currently not printing.

To test if it is properly installed, please print a test page this can be found if you select RU print >> manage >> select test page.

MAC Printing

  1. Delete the RU print on papercut
    1. Go to settings.
    2. Search printers
    3.       Find RU print.
    4. Select remove device.
  2. Download the mobility client this will download the print driver:

  1. Follow the installation instructions after downloading
  2. Go to system settings
  3. Type printers
  4. Find the RU print or mobility print

Enter your Rockhurst credentials not you mac password
