Unable to Login to UpToDate Database
Use this FAQ when students are having issues logging into UpToDate.
Answer
First ask them to log into UpToDate from the library's A to Z database, https://libguides.rockhurst.edu/az.php.
This will require them to login through our SSO and this should renew their account since it is required every 90 days.
UpToDate is always available through the library's website, but users wishing to use the mobile app will need to create an UpToDate user account.
Login credentials for the mobile app expire every 90 days.
To renew credentials for another 90 days, log in to UpToDate through the library's website, then log in to your user account from there.
